Reuben – $10

The traditional Reuben is back, Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing grilled on marble Rye bread.

 

Tenderloin - $10

Everyone’s favorite! Pork tenderloin hand breaded and fried golden brown served with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

 

Steak Sandwich - $12

8 oz. hand-cut rib-eye grilled to your liking and served open faced on Texas toast.

 

Italian Turkey - $9

Hot mesquite smoked turkey, melted Swiss and roasted red peppers topped with Italian mayo on pillow top wheat bread.

 

Smoky Sweet Ham & Cheese - $9

Double cherry-wood smoked ham topped with melted smoked Gouda, bacon, caramelized onions and Amana apple butter served on a toasted Kaiser roll.

 

Philly Cheese Steak - $10

Thin sliced beef topped with sautéed onions and melted cheese on a hoagie.

 

Chicken B.L.T. Wrap - $9

Char-grilled chicken, crisp bacon, lettuce, and fresh tomato drizzled with ranch and wrapped in a warm herb tortilla.

 

Buffalo Chicken Wrap - $9

Grilled or breaded chicken tossed in Frank’s Red Hot with lettuce, tomato and bleu cheese dressing wrapped in a warm garlic herb tortilla.


Chicken Salad Sandwich - $9

Grilled, diced chicken breast tossed with toasted walnuts, craisins, celery, mayo and a special blend of seasonings served on pillow top wheat bread.

 

Mushroom & Swiss Burger - $10

8 oz. char-grilled ground chuck topped with Swiss cheese and sautéed Mushrooms.

 

Southwest Burger - $10

8 oz. char-grilled ground beef topped with onion rings, jalapenos, melted Pepper Jack cheese, and a hint of Southwest aioli. **

 

Build Your Own Chicken Breast Sandwich - $8 

8 oz. grilled chicken breast topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion.

 

Build Your Own Burger - $8

8 oz. char-grilled ground beef topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion.

SALADS
Buffalo Chicken Salad - $10
Mixed greens topped with red onion, tomato, cucumber, bleu cheese crumbles and grilled or breaded buffalo chicken.

Bourbon Glazed Chicken Salad - $10
Mixed greens, tomatoes, and onions topped with grilled sweet bourbon glazed chicken.

Caesar Salad - $8

A fresh chopped romaine heart with grated parmesan, tomatoes, and croutons, tossed in authentic Caesar dressing.

 

Chef Salad - $10

Mixed greens piled with turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and hard boiled egg. 

May substitute chicken for turkey & ham.

Hand cut 10 oz. rib-eye grilled to your liking served with a baked potato and house veggies. 

Whiskey Glazed Salmon ~ $16

8 oz. grilled salmon fillet brushed with a sweet whiskey glaze and served atop a bed of herbed rice and house veggies.

 

Shrimp Dinner ~ $14

6 large shrimp golden fried or grilled with a garlic butter sauce, served with your choice of baked potato or herbed rice and house veggies.

 

Cajun Pasta ~ $10

Grilled Chicken sliced and tossed with a creamy Cajun marinara served over cavatappi.

(Cavatappi, also called cellentani, spirali or double elbows, is macaroni formed in a spiral tube shape. It usually has rigati (lines or grooves on the outside surface of pasta).

 

Chicken Piccata ~ $13

Tender chicken breast dusted with seasoned four and lightly pan-fried topped with capers and lemons then finished with a creamy white wine sauce served with your choice of rice or pasta.

 

Fettuccine Alfredo ~ $10

Parmesan cream sauce with a hint of garlic, served over fettuccine noodles.
