Menu prepared fresh by Chef Ryan.  The kitchen is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday and for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.  Lunch from 11:30-1:30, open to the public!

Dinner Menu

Appetizers

Baked Brie ~ $10
Garlic and herb seasoned brie cheese baked and served with grilled pita bread.

Teriyaki Glazed Shrimp ~ $12
6 skewered large shrimp cooked in a teriyaki glaze and grilled to perfection.

Calamari ~ $10
1/2 pound of calamari lightly dusted with seasoned flour, then flash fried and served with a red wine marinara.

Quesadillas ~ Choose from Cheese $8 ~ Chicken $10 ~ Steak $10 ~ Shrimp $13 ~ Veggie $9 Golden brown tortilla stuffed with pepper jack and cheddar cheese, fresh diced tomatoes, chives, cilantro, and jalapenos. Served with pico de gallo and sour cream.

Mozzarella Sticks ~ $6
Brew City beer battered mozzarella sticks served with red wine marinara.

Buffalo Wings ~ 12 for $8 ~ 25 for $14
Your choice of sweet chili, BBQ, Frank's Red Hot, or Caribbean Sauce

Potato Skins ~ $9
Eight potato skins topped with melted pepper jack and cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives served with sour cream.

 

Salads

Pittsburg Salad ~ $14
Mixed greens topped with thinly sliced red onion, balsamic marinated tomatoes, crumbled gorgonzola and thinly sliced filet mignon.

Buffalo Chicken Salad ~ $10
Mixed greens topped with red onion, tomato, cucumber, bleu cheese crumbles, and grilled or breaded buffalo chicken.

Bourbon Glazed Chicken Salad ~ $10
Mixed greens, tomatoes, and onions topped with grilled sweet bourbon glazed chicken.

Green Goddess Salad ~ $10
A bed of mixed greens topped with walnuts, red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and avacado served with Ryan's own green goddess dressing.

Caesar Salad ~ $8
A fresh chopped romaine heart with grated parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and croutons, tossed in an authentic Caesar dressing.

Chef Salad ~ $10
Mixed greens piled with turkey, ham swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and hard boiled eggs.  May substitute chicken for turkey and ham. 

Add $3 to add chicken or $5 to add shrimp to any salad.
Dressing available: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese, Caesar, French, Green Goddess, Honey Mustard, Italian Dijon Vinaigrette, Oriental, Ranch, Thousand Island

Southwest Burger ~ $10
8 oz. char-grilled ground beef topped with onion rings, jalapenos, melted pepper jack cheese, and a hint of Southwest aioli.

Lamb Burger ~ $12
8 oz. fresh ground lean lamb meat lightly spiced with yellow curry on a kaiser bun topped with raita sauce, grilled zucchini and squash.

Build your own Burger ~ $8
8 oz. char-grilled ground beef patty topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion.  Add the following for $.50 each: pepper jack, american, cheddar, swiss or bleu cheese.  Add the following for $1.00: bacon or sautéed onion.

Hand cut 8 oz. rib-eye grilled to your liking served open faced on texas toast.

Pork Tenderloin ~ $9
Iowa raised pork tenderloin pounded and breaded, then golden fried and served on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, and onions.

Giant Chicken Salad Sandwich ~ $9
Grilled, diced chicken breast topped with toasted walnuts, craisins, celery, mayo and a special blend of seasonings served on pillow top wheat bread.

Triple Decker Club ~ $9
Shaved pit ham, smoked turkey, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and sliced baby swiss all piled high on three pieces of toast.

Hot Turkey Hoagie ~ $9
Hot smoked turkey breast, sautéed onions, appledwood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avacado smeared with garlic infused mayo and served on a toasted hoagie.

Reuben ~ $9
Thinly sliced corned beef served traditinal style with swiss cheese, saurkraut, and thousand island dressing on grilled rye.

Rachel ~ $9
Our traditional Reuben with turkey substituted for corned beef.

Chicken B.L.T Wrap ~ $9
Char-grilled chicken, crisp bacon, lettuce, and fresh tomato drizzled with ranch and wrapped in a warm herb tortilla.

Filet Mgnon ~ $24
Tender 8 oz. hand cut certified Black Angus Filet, coated with our house dry rub, char-broiled and served with a baked potato and seasonal vegetables.

Herb Crusted Ribeye ~ $18
Hand cut 10 oz.  ribeye coated in Ryan's special blend of fresh herbs and spices, served with a baked potato and house vegetables.

Whiskey Glazed Salmon ~ $16
8 oz. grilled salmon filet  brushed with a sweet whiskey glaze and served atop a bed of herbed couscous and house vegetables.

Shrimp Dinner ~ 14
Six large shrimp golden fried or grilled with a garlic butter sauce, served with your choice of baked potato and herbed couscous and house vegetables.

BBQ Curry Chicken ~ $13
Tender grilled chicken breast served atop a bed of herbed couscous and house vegetables, covered in a tangy BBQ curry sauce.

Puttunesca ~ $14

Pistachio Cappellini ~ $12
Thin angel hair pasta tossed in a light garlic cream sauce with roasted pistachio nuts, tomatoes, and fresh parsley.

Fettuccine Alfredo ~ $10
