- Golfing and junior members and guess must have a Fairfield Golf & Country Club bag tag.
- All golfers must register in the 19th hole before starting a round.
- Social members are restricted from golf unless playing with a Golfing member and may play a total of 2 times per year. Club sanctioned events such as the City Tournament, Blast Off, Inter-Club tournaments, Member/Guest Company outings, school outings, and tournaments do not count as rounds played.
- County residents who are not members are restricted to 2 rounds of golf per calendar year with a golfing member. They many not play several times as the guest of several members.
- The golf committee or administration must approve larger group golf outings.
- Between May 15th and September 15th, Tuesday is Ladies' Day and Thursday is Men's Day. The course is not closed, but members of the opposite sex shall give preference to the men and women on their respective day.
- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays between May 15th and September 15th, no more than a foursome is permitted.
- Fivesomes are permitted at other times, provided that the course is not crowded.
- All golfers must play at a reasonable pace and follow the rules and etiquette of golf.
- Proper attire is required on the golf course at all times. Men are required to wear collared shirts with sleeves. No cut-offs or swimming suits are to be worn on the course.
- Soft spikes, tennis shoes, or soft soled shoes are required. No bare feet or hard soled shoes are allowed.
- Please replace all divots and repair ball marks.
- Keep motorized golf carts at least 60 feet away from the greens and use the cart paths as much as possible.
- Motorcycles, bicycles, snowmobiles, and other non-golf vehicles are not allowed on the golf course.
- Sledding and snowboarding are not permitted anywhere near the greens.
Membership Handbook
- New membership applications must be accompanied by a check for the amount specified on the application form or designated by the manager. Applications must be signed by two current members of three years or more.
- Once a child of a member reaches 18 year of age, they must maintain a separate membership unless they are attending school full time.
- Junior golf memberships are available to full time students. Junior golf member may enjoy meals in the 19th hole on a cash basis.
- In the event that a member is withdrawing their membership, they will be extended Clubhouse privileges on a cash basis for 30 days following the effective date of their resignation as a "thank you" for their past membership.
- Members who wish to make a change in their membership, whether it is resigning or changing categories, must submit their request in writing to the manager prior to the end of the month.
Billing
- All statements are payable upon receipt and delinquent after the 15th. A late charge of the legal allowable rate will be added to any unpaid balance on the last day of the billing month. After 90 days, club privileges with be suspended.
- The food minimum for 2009 forward is $35 per adult member or $70 per family per month. This is for food in any dining area, but does not include liquor, snacks, tax, or gratuity.
- The food minimum may be waived one month per year provided that the member advises the manager one week prior to the end of that month's billing period.
- If you wish to charge a ticket to your company account, please advise your server.
- Please take a copy of your charge tickets with you, as they will not be mailed to you. If you require your receipts, please make arrangements with the manager.
Dining
- Club members may bring a non-member as their guest.
- All reservations for private parties are to be made with the club manager.
- The FFG & CC will cater all parties held on the premises. No food or beverage is to be brought into the club with the exception of wedding and special occasion cakes, nuts, and mints.
- The rental fee for a non-member wishing to rent the Great Hall is $350. Rental for both the Great Hall and Dining Room is $700. The fee will be waived if food and beverage costs exceed $1000.00. There is no cost for a member to rent the Great Hall.
- A wine corking fee of $10 per bottle will be charged for a standard size bottle of wine with a maximum charge of $per group. This does not include groups of or more.
- No other beverages brought in from another source will be permitted in the 19th hole, dining room, patio, pool area or on the course.
- Dinner reservations are not required, but are definitely appreciated. Please call or email for groups of 8 or more.
